What would Jesus do?

Each week, show the students the picture of a real life situation and open a discussion of what’s happening, what might happen next, and what Jesus would do in that situation. This will apply the lesson in a practical way, giving your students actual answers to the question “What would Jesus do?” or “WWJD”. Be alert to students who may have experienced a similar situation and protect them from further hurts. The pictures of real life situations are available for download below.

Example: Lesson 2

Tell an AdultYou know about something that happened and you think it’s possible that a parent or teacher would like to know about it.  What do you do?  Is it saving someone from danger or is it tattling (being a snitch)? Have the students take turns practicing telling an adult about something that might happen and have the rest of the class show with a thumbs-up or a thumbs-down gesture (at your signal) if it was a good time to tell an adult.
